How we handle the data you send us with the “Request information” form on this website.

Who handles the data

The data controller is Lucio Gervasi, an individual, who offers Gioia365.

Which data

First name, last name, company, email and, if you give them, phone, how many people are in your sales team and the message you write. We ask for nothing else and do not use this data to profile you.

Why and on what basis

Only to reply to your request and give you the information about Gioia365 you ask for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

For how long

For as long as needed to reply and to follow up on any relationship that results, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact.

Who receives it

The person who offers Gioia365 and answers the requests, and the technical providers that help us handle them on our behalf (the service that hosts the website and the one that sends emails), with servers in the European Union. We do not sell or give the data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to object to its processing and to receive it in a readable format: just reply to the email we contacted you from. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
